“Taste of Peru” Workshop Hosted by Ai California—Orange County
The Art Institute of California—Orange County, in partnership with the Trade Commission of Peru, recently hosted a "Taste of Peru" workshop with Chef Ricardo Zarate. The event was open to culinary students at the school. The Trade Commissioner opened the program by sharing the history and cultural aspects of gastronomy in Peru. Chef Zarate then presented native Peruvian ingredients and taught students how to make classic Peruvian dishes, including the ceviche he is famous for.
